Marshall Industries was started by Mr. Gautam Sarup, a Post Graduate in Science, more than 45 years ago. From manufacturing Hosiery machines, he moved on to design & manufacture high precision Bench Lathes, Heavy Duty Lathes & Capstan Lathes, thousands of which were sold all over the country.
He was joined by his sons, Gaurav & Prashant Sarup, Both Production Engineers. Our Product range grew to include All Geared Lathes, Multi Spindle Drilling/Tapping Machines & Special Purpose Machines.
In 1997, we entered into a technical tieup with an American Company (M/s Path Wizard Inc.) To export the mechanical & basic Electrical elements of CNC Lathes to U.S.A. We also launched our CNC Lathes with Siemens/Fanuc CNC Controls in India during IMTEX-98 Exhibition at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in February 1998.
Our latest generation Slant Bed CNC Turning Centers have been developed by benchmarking against the leading machine tool manufactures in the world, with technical inputs from our new GERMAN PARTNER, M/S SPINNER Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik.
PRESENT SCENARIO :
We are manufacturing a wide range of CNC Turning Centers including our Patented Double Spindle CNC Turning Centers. We are providing complete machining solutions to manufacturers of Axles, Crankshafts, Auto Parts, Fans, Pumps, Bearings, Gear Blanks, Bushes, etc. Our Customers include group companies of Hero Honda, GNA Group, USHA Fans & Vendors of Maruti, Bajaj, Tata Motors, etc. We have entered into a long term partnership with SPINNER Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik, one of the world's leading manufacturer of super & ultra precision Turning & Maching Centers.
Future Plans :
We hope to become the largest manufacturer of CNC Machine tools in North India with in the next 18 months and also be among the top Five CNC manufacturers in INDIA. We are rapidly expanding our infrastructure and workforce to meet these goals. We are also looking for a collaboration/technical tieup with a leading Foreign manufacturer to widen the range of our products.
