  MARSHALL SPINNER TECHNOLOGY CENTER
   
  On 23rd March 2009, we along with our partners the SPINNER Group (Germany, Turkey & Taiwan) opened the MARSHALL SPINNER TECHNOLOGY CENTER at 75B, Sector 5, IMT Manesar ,GURGAON 30 minutes form New Delhi International Airport it is the new base for our sales team in India and has showroom facilities for up to 10 most modern CNC-machines to do machine demonstrations and cutting trials. Exisiting and new customers form all over India visited the open-house-show happening in the same week.

The Tech Center was inaugurated by our chief guest, Mr. Yogesh Munjal  who is the Managing Director of MUNJAL SHOWA Ltd. which is India’s leading manufacturer of Shock Absorbers for Two & Four  Wheelers. The objectives of establishing the Tech Center are:

1.    To  showcase the latest CNC Machine tools from the SPINNER Group and Marshall in a working environment wherein complex jobs are machined to explain the features        & advantages of the exhibited machines.

2.    To provide facilities to customers to get answers to questions regarding machining operations, new technologies, cycle time calculations, etc. from our Application        experts INCLUDING Job Proveouts to enable customers to confidently place orders.

3.    To provide Basic & Advanced Training to Production Managers, Engineers, programmers, etc. to enable optimum utilization of selected machines.
       We are currently displaying 8 world class CNC MACHINES FROM SPINNER :

       -   TC  800 – 75 SMCY 6i Axis Heavy Duty Turn Mill Center, with 16 Station Live ServoTurret, Sub Spindle, ‘C’ Axis & ‘Y’ Axis.
       -   PD/A – Ultra Precision CNC  Lathe ideal for Micro Finishing and Precision Hard Turning with Fanuc  Robot built inside machine.
       -   U5 -620 5 Axis  Simultaneous Machining Center.
       -   TC 400 52 MC Turn Mill Center with 12 Station Live Turret & ‘C’ Axis.     
       -   EL - 75 CNC  Lathe with 75 mm Bar Capacity with SERVO BAR FEEDER.
       -   VC 560 High Speed Vertical Machining Center with 4th axis Rotary table.

NOTE : We are also displaying MARSHALL: QUATTRO Four Spindle CNC Chucker (Most Productive & Cost  effective turning machine in the world which won the prestigious FIE FOUNDATION  AWARD for Best Indian Machine at IMTEX 2009)
